Single panel for walls
The core component. Expanded polystyrene encased in double galvanized steel mesh, finished with shotcrete/sprayed concrete on-site. Lightweight yet suitable for external load-bearing walls, partitions, and in some cases floors (up to 4 stories). Using this panel you can achieve up to a 90REI fire rating, with a thermal value of 0.209u.
Double panel for walls
Offers increased strength with an additional steel mesh and concrete pour in the middle of the panel. Ideal for any load-bearing walls. Using this panel achieves up to 90REI fire rating, with a thermal value of 0.206u.
Designed for horizontal applications. This floor panel can be used with single and double-panel construction. Finished with concrete on top. Using this panel achieves up to 90REI fire rating, with a thermal value of 0.151u. It can span up to 9.8m with no structural support.
Floor panel
Creates landings and complements Emmedue stair panels. Provides continuous insulation underneath and can be used for two-way reinforced concrete slabs, reducing weight and adding insulation. It is ideal for installation in challenging areas.
